You are now in the Rotterdam part
of my site. Not only does Rotterdam have a huge harbour, one of the busiest
in the world, it also has a number of tall buildings, making up a nice skyline.
Nothing compared to cities like NY or Chicago, but it's a start.
Most of the pictures you'll find here were taken on September 25 2000. Like most cities nowadays there is a lot of construction going on in Rotterdam. Visit the city now and you will see some brandnew buildings. I am adding a few construction pages where you can see some of the buildings that were under construction at the time I visited the city. I have made a separate page with four panoramaviews of Rotterdam. Each view is a combination of three photographs. Follow this link to go to this panoramapage. Have a good time. I hope you will find Rotterdam worth a visit. I have added some black&white pictures of the city.
