Notes: Imler and Geesink designated two collections as holotype, viz.: Belgium: St. Mariaburg/Ekeren, 25 Apr. 1965, on charcoal, L. Imler Copr. 4, (holotype, Imler) and the Netherlands: prov. Noord-Holland, Wieringermeer, Dijkgatbos, on dead branch of Acer, 18 Oct. 1970, J. Geesink (L). Since only one collection can be considered as type, here we choose the collection from the Netherlands as lectotype. The original description is very extensive with drawings of the species and related species.
